Monday's new goal

First, I have written two bloggs and neither of them have posted. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I hope this one will post. I went for a bike ride at about 6:30 this evening. I rode around the lake and then had to ride up the hill that Mallory rode up on Saturday. She rode up it with Ryan on the handle bars pulling Samantha in the bike cart and she didn't stop once until she got to the top. Ha! I was pulling my happy a-- up the hill and had to stop TWICE. My new goal is to ride up the hill without stopping. I'm going to have to practice that.

Goals: drinking 4 bottles of water
riding up hill without stopping to rest

Monday's accomplishments

I blogged the other day and I did something that made it not post. So, here goes again. I just finished tracking and I put down that I am going for a half hour bike ride and to pull weeds for a half hour and it is 6:05 so I need to get outside. I'm on third bottle of water.

Goals: 3 bottles of water a day
exercise 3 times a week

Friday night @ 11:05

Spent the day with Ryan and working in my yard. The grass was so long it was laying over!! Great exercise mowing and pulling weeds with time outs to throw the baseball or go for an exploration around the block.

I just read the challenge. I'm in. My real challenge is to drink 4 Sigg bottles of water every day. The way I'm going to keep that honest is to track it, then I'll track my food. I have been doing horrible drinking water. Even today when I was hot and sweating I had a hard time drinking water. I read that the older you get the less thirsty you feel. That is a bummer. Anyway, the challenge is on for me.

Tuesday's challenges

I was over my amount of calories by 154 today. This was due to the Snickers and Doritos that I ate today. I'm not sad because I exercised and drank my water. My first day back is at a close and I am tired . . .

So, according to the computer I have not blogged since January 25th. I'm back!! and it is goal setting time. I haven't had any water all day, I ate a lot from Santiago's and for awhile I felt horrible!! Luckily, playing ball with Ryan and cleaning out the tent , doing some laundry made some of that yucky swolen, lethargic feelings go away. Good to be blogging, tracking and exercising again.

Goals: 4 bottles of water

exercise, 1/2 hour 3 days a week Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday
